Relais & Châteaux has always, for me, been synonymous with passion. One of the strengths of Relais & Châteaux consists in allowing hoteliers and chefs from all over the world to live together. There are two cultures that currently dominate our association: one is Latin, and by that I mean our French culture, and the other is Anglo-Saxon.
I have succeeded in building an international team around me that is representative of all our cultures and sensibilities, a team that is experienced, yet young and driven by the desire to render Relais & Châteaux in service to all our members. We are passionate hoteliers and restaurateurs of talent, each independent, yet shared in our conviction of the vital necessity of being part of a powerful team that is capable of bringing our clients the most incredible experiences that allow them to discover the world and unexpected flavors.
